K* Conference 2012 - K* Green Paper

Annotated Outline, Version 4.0

  • April 6th, 2012

  • This annotated Green Paper outline is an integral part of the K* Conference and is being made available prior to the meeting both to serve as a resource and stimulate discussion for the spectrum of K* players. Though it stands alone, it is best read with two associated documents, an analysis of the results of a survey canvassing participants before the conference, and two appendices.

  • After the conference, the Green Paper – reflecting contributions from those participating directly in the conference, as well as via the WebEx Connection – will be made live as a wiki and further input crowd-sourced to broaden the conversation. We’ll also look to producing an editorial or review piece in a peer reviewed journal as a formal contribution to the literature. Once that phase is complete (we hope by ~ mid-2012), a White Paper will be drafted that can ultimately be used, irrespective of sector or geography, as an information source and rallying point to further the K* work of individual organizations wherever they fall on the K* spectrum, as well as for common purpose in further developing the field.
