Freshwater Ecosystem Programme

Velma I Grover is the freshwater ecosystem programme and Water Virtual Learning Center coordinator at UNU-INWEH. She has an extensive experience in capacity building in developing countries, particularly related to distance learning for integrated water resource management. She has published articles in journals on distance education and various environmental management issues, and is an editor (and contributor) to seven books.
